The Mr. Simon Suen and Mrs. Mary Suen Sino-Humanitas Institute organizes the new Frontiers in Sino-Humanitas Lecture series and is glad to invite two Japanese sinologists, Prof. OHIRA Sachiyo and Prof. MIDORIKAWAKA Hideki to give two public presentations at HKBU on 25 April. All are welcome to register and participate.

About the speakers:
大平幸代（OHIRA Sachiyo），奈良女子大學文學部教授，主要從事魏晉南北朝小説、歷史書寫等研究。中文論文有：《〈皇覽〉的流傳與劉宋「冢墓」之學》（《古典文獻研究》第二十辑下，2017），《山水中的「神境」與「人境」——〈桃花源記〉與晉宋時期荆湘地志之關係》（《清華中文學報》第二十期，2018），《「豫章太守陳蕃」的德行——〈世説新語〉與地方官吏文化》（《魏晉風流與中國文化：第二屆「世説學」國際學術研討會論文集》，2020）等。
綠川英樹（MIDORIKAWA Hideki），京都大學文學研究科教授，日本宋代文學學會理事、副會長，主要從事唐宋文學研究。日文專著有《韓愈詩譯注》（合著，研文出版，2015-2021）、《閲讀抄物——〈黃氏口義〉提要與注釋》（合著，臨川書店，2024）等；中文論文有《山谷詩在日本五山禪林的流傳與閲讀——以萬里集九〈帳中香〉為例》（《新宋學》第六輯，2017）、《萬里集九〈帳中香〉的詩學文獻價值》（《清華學報》新五十一卷第二期，2021）等。
