香江行山雅詠 (These Beauteous Forms: Poems Written on Hong Kong Hiking Trails), published in January 2023 by Chung Hwa Book Co., (H.K.)Ltd., is a collection of classical Chinese poetry and Ci co-authored by Professors Zhang Longxi, Zhang Hongsheng, and Zhang Jian. Its uniqueness lies in not only the original literary writing by three scholars well known at home and abroad, but also its nature of literary landscape popular in recent years. It is an unprecedented volume of classical Chinese poetry and Ci works inspired by modern hiking activities.
The book launch event was held on 14 February, organized by Chung Hwa Book Co., (H.K.)Ltd. and co-organized by the HKBU Mr. Simon Suen and Mrs. Mary Suen Sino-Humanitas Institute, and Hong Kong Arts Development Council at Tsi Ku Chai in Central. It was participated by many distinguished guests, including Professor Chang Hsin-kang, President-Emeritus of City University of Hong Kong, renowned scholar Professor Cheng Pei-kai, Professor Zhang Longxi, Chair Professor of Comparative Literature and Tanslation of City University of Hong Kong, Professor Zhang Hongsheng, Director of Mr. Simon Suen and Mrs. Mary Suen Sino-Humanitas Institute of Hong Kong Baptist University, Professor Zhang Jian, Vice-Chair of Department of Chinese Language and Literature, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Mr. Victor Wang Qiang, Co-Founder of New Oriental Education & Technology Group and ZhenFund, Foundation Fellow from the Harris Manchester College of Oxford University, Mr. Fu Weizhong, Chairman of Sino United Publishing (Holdings) Limited, Dr. Chan Man Hung, former Vice Chairman and President of Sino United Publishing (Holdings) Limited, Ms. Hou Ming, General Manager and Editor-in-Chief of Chung Hwa Book Co.
