Writing Culture with Brush and Ink - a Calligraphy Exhibition by Contemporary Chinese Scholars (8/2026)

To celebrate the 70th anniversary of Hong Kong Baptist University, the Mr. Simon Suen and Mrs. Mary Suen Sino-Humanitas Institute will host the 70th Anniversary Event: “Writing Culture with Brush and Ink - a Calligraphy Exhibition by Contemporary Chinese Scholars” from 12 to 21 August. The exhibition will feature calligraphy works contributed by around 60 scholars from Mainland China and Hong Kong, including congratulatory pieces from scholars affiliated with over 30 universities such as Peking University, Tsinghua University, Fudan University, Nanjing University, The University of Hong Kong, and The Chinese University of Hong Kong. This exhibition is a rare event in the academic and cultural circles of Greater China and is open to the public free of charge. Details of the exhibition are as follows:
